Procedures.
We hope you love your order. However if your unhappy for whatever reason please see below.
If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you have 14 days to return the items to us.
If your return falls out of this period we will not issue you a refund.
We will issue a full refund (excluding original delivery charge) on receipt, providing the items are in original unused & unworn condition* or we can exchange the item for a different size / colour if preferred.
Please note, if you have chosen to ‘Click and Collect‘ your order, you have 14 days from receipt of your order complete email to return your order to us.
Please allow 5-10 working days for refunds to appear on your account. If you would like an exchange please contact us before you return your order. Please note, if we are sending an exchange there will be a shipping fee of €7.
CHRISTMAS EXTENDED RETURNS.
We are happy to accept returns for orders placed from November 30th up until Jan 4th 2025, provided items are unworn with store tags intact and Proof of Purchase is accompanied as per regular returns policy.
Postal Returns
Please complete the returns form you will have received with your order & simply return it along with the item to :

For your convenience we can accept your online return in store.
Simply Bring the item & order receipt along to our store In Maynooth. You can exchange or return for a full refund this will be processed Via Original payment method through the online system.
All returns should be processed within 14 working days. If you do not hear from us within this time frame then please track your item and if it shows that it was received then please contact our customer care team as there may be a reason we could not contact you or an issue with the return.
Please note:
- The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
- The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Strictly NO RETURN on Earrings – for Hygiene reasons.
*Note: when trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing perfume/aftershave or a deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item.
We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. The item must be returned in its original packaging with any enclosed documentation.
